Chemicals, Health and Pregnancy study (CHirP)
A University of Brtish Columbia PhD student with CHirP is currently recruiting 150 pregnant women (less than 15 weeks) to participate in a study on the effects of certain environmental chemicals on thyroid hormone levels during pregnancy, as this affects fetal development. Please note that this study is only running in Vancouver and to be eligible, women must be delivering at BC Women’s Hospital, St Paul’s Hospital, or at home.
